Welcome to Phase 2 - Mindset!

Now that you’ve created your support team, you’ll prime your mindset for lasting change in Phase 2. Understanding your beliefs and how they can derail your efforts is essential to moving toward vitality - no more feeling stuck and not knowing why. Mastering your mindset will propel you to a level of vitality you never thought possible.

This is where things get a little more challenging in the program, so make sure to give yourself enough time and mental space to do the work you need to get done in this phase. You’ll be happy you did!

And when you run into trouble, need to talk, or just work something out, don’t forget to head to our online program community or hit up those people on your support dream team for help!
